iOS

  1. Open your App Store on your iOS device (do NOT go to your settings to login!!!)
  2. Navigate to the "Today" view (aka the home page). It's the first tab on the bottom left corner.
  3. Click on the head icon (app store account) on the top right corner of the screen. A new pop up window will appear.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the new window and click "Sign Out"
  5. Close the window
  6. Click on the head icon on the top right corner of the screen again to re-open the window
  7. Use one of our iTunes account login details to sign in.
  8. When the "Two-Factor Authentication" popup appears, click "OTHER OPTIONS" > "DO NOT UPGRADE"

Mac OS

  1. Open your App Store on your M1 Mac (do NOT go to your settings to login!!!)
  2. Click on the head icon (app store account) on the bottom left corner of the app store. A new pop up window will appear.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the new window and click "Sign Out"
  4. Close the window
  5. Click on the head icon on the bottom left corner of the screen again to re-open the window
  6. Use one of our iTunes account login details to sign in.
  7. When the "Two-Factor Authentication" popup appears, click "OTHER OPTIONS" > "DO NOT UPGRADE"

IMPORTANT!!!

If you are asked to enter a phone number, STOP! You do not need a phone number to login to our accounts.

Most likely you clicked 'continue' on the "Two-Factor Authentication" popup.

Click CANCEL, and login again using the same account, but when the "Two-Factor Authentication" popup appears, click "OTHER OPTIONS" > "DO NOT UPGRADE".


Please do NOT use these account to login to iCloud!

TROUBLESHOOTING:

AppleID locked - Try another apple id form the list. If none are working, wait for our system to unlock it (usually within 20 minutes). Try installing the app on your other devices in the meantime.
